Methods 38 cases of non-invasive fungal sinusitis in patients with clinical data, non-invasive fungal sinusitis on clinical features, diagnosis, treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients were followed up for 6 months to 4 years, all cured, no recurrence. Conclusion Based on condition to select the appropriate non-invasive endoscopic surgery for fungal sinusitis obtain satisfactory results, reducing operation relapse. [Keywords:] Sinusitis; fungal disease; Endoscopy Abstract Objective To investigate the curative effects of treating non invasive fungal nasosinusitis by nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods The clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of non invasive fungal nasosinusitis were discussed in 38 cases.Results After a 6 month to 4 year follow up, all of the patients were cured.Conclusions The treatment of non invasive fungal nasosinusitis by appropriate nasal endoscopic surgery according to the patient’s condition can produce a satisfactory curative effect and reduce its recurrence.
