Methods giant salamander meat slurry, respectively, accounting for the medium by 4%, 2%, 1% (g / g) content, added to the basic medium and in basal medium as the control group to observe the life of the fruit fly, reproductive capacity, flight capacity, cold capacity of the measuring flies superoxide dismutase (SOD), lipofuscin (LF) activity changes. Results giant salamander meat can significantly increase life span of fruit flies, reproductive capacity, flight capacity, cold-resistant ability, in vivo SOD activity was significantly increased, but decreased the activity of LF. Conclusion giant salamander meat to slow down the aging of Drosophila melanogaster. MethodsAndrias davidianus meat was separated into three groups (high, middle and low group) according to its dosage (4%, 2% and 1%, respectively) , and was put into different cultures. The pure culture was made as control group. The life-span, reproduction, flying and cold-resistance abilities of drosophila were observed. The contents of SOD and LF in drosophila liver were measured. ResultsAndrias davidianus meat could prolong the life-span, reproduction, flying and cold-resistance abilities of drosophila. The content of SOD in drosophila liver was obviously increased, but the LF activity was reduced after treatment.ConclusionAndrias davidianus meat has the ability to delay the senile process of drosophila.
