Methods thiazolyl blue (MTT) assay compared three kinds of route of administration of curcumin on mouse spleen lymphocyte proliferation. The results of curcumin in vivo and the drug-containing serum can promote the proliferation of mouse spleen lymphocytes in vitro experiments confirmed that curcumin can inhibit the proliferation of mouse spleen lymphocytes and the dose-effect relationship. Conclusion Curcumin and its metabolites effects on lymphocyte proliferation is the opposite.
