Methods 35 patients randomly selected control group, 48 cases of AD patients, CSF specimens from the glucose test, true insulin levels, the AD at mild, moderate and severe, and the different ApoE genotypes grouped with the corresponding control group for comparison. The results of AD patients in each group in cerebrospinal fluid glucose and the corresponding control group, no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05); mild AD cerebrospinal fluid of true insulin than the control group no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05), moderate to severe AD group of true insulin lower than the control group, there was significant difference (P lt;0.05); no ApoE4 AD group than in the control group decreased true insulin, there was significant difference (P lt;0.05). Conclusion AD insulin levels in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with the disease severity and ApoE4 genotypes.
