Methods ACS-180 chemiluminescence analyzer detected 623 cases of pregnant women’s serum free triiodothyronine three (FT3) , free thyroid hormone (FT4), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG); use of arsenic Ce catalytic reaction mechanism of iodine, urinary iodine using cold digestion and rapid determination of quantitative detection in urine of pregnant women 1 random urine iodine content. the result early pregnancy, mid-FT3, FT4 and hCG higher than the third trimester (P lt;0.05), and TSH less than the third trimester (P lt;0.05). high urinary iodine group, FT3, FT4, and lower than normal urinary hCG iodine, low urinary iodine group (P lt;0.05), 3 group, no significant difference in TSH (Pgt; 0.05). thyroid dysfunction rate was 7.54%, different pregnancy, different groups of urinary iodine among the incidence of thyroid dysfunction No significant differences (Pgt; 0.05). subclinical hypothyroidism (hypothyroidism), subclinical hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism), respectively, the incidence of 3.53%, 2.57%, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism rates were 1.12% , 0.32%. pregnant early and late, and the urinary iodine are mostly sub-clinical hypothyroidism, subclinical hyperthyroidism in the majority the second trimester.
