Omeprazole and pantoprazole compared the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding [Keywords:] Peptic ulcer hemorrhage; omeprazole; Pantoprazole Gastrointestinal ulcer bleeding is a common one with gastric acid-related diseases, rapid and effective suppression of gastric acid secretion in the control of peptic ulcer bleeding, the key to the promotion of ulcer healing. Studies have shown that proton pump inhibitors omeprazole and pantoprazole able to significantly inhibit gastric acid secretion. December 2004 ~ December 2006 pairs of omeprazole and pantoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding, and 24 h pH values of the impact of comparison. 1 Data and methods 1.1 Case Selection Cases selected from the December 2004 ~ December 2006 emergency hospital admissions in patients with peptic ulcer bleeding 98 cases were male and 70 cases, female 28 cases, with an average age of 39.6 years. Were confirmed by endoscopy in peptic ulcer bleeding. 1.2 Case inclusion criteria (1) Age 20 ~ 60 years old, both men and women; (2) the nearly 2 d treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding within the clinical manifestations, it appears tarry or vomiting blood, and confirmed by endoscopy with active ulcers, 10 two-finger ulcer and composite ulcer bleeding. 1.3 Case exclusion criteria (1), liver cirrhosis with esophageal varices, portal hypertensive gastropathy and gastric cardia mucosa tear bleeding and other non-ulcer upper gastrointestinal bleeding; (2) in patients with gastrinoma; (3) pregnancy and lactation period does not exclude pregnant women or women who may be; (4) cancer patients; (5) with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney disorder; (6) on the treatment of drug allergies. 1.4 Research Methods 1.4.1 research and design according to medical records numbers were randomly divided into omeprazole pantoprazole group and 49 cases of two groups.
