[Keywords:] diabetes mellitus; urinary albumin; hemorheology; early glomerular injury Years, we have had diabetes microalbuminuria (mAlb) and blood rheology testing and observation, the results showed that diabetes mellitus (DM) patients with early glomerular injury in a significant increase in urinary albumin and blood rheology change. now report the results as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Object DM group: All patients from the hospital so the patients, both qualitative examination of urinary protein negative patients, a total of 56 patients, 30 males and 26 females, aged 41 to 66 years, average age 55 years.
