Method using a variety of chromatographic techniques to separate, according to spectral data on compounds (IR, MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR) and chemical identification of its structure. The results were isolated and identified five compounds were Bergenin (Ⅰ ), 3,3 ‘, 4’-trimethoxy-ellagic acid (Ⅱ ), β -sitosterol (Ⅲ ), gallic acid (Ⅳ ), 3,3 ‘- dimethoxy ellagic acid (Ⅴ ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅴ for the first time from this plant to be, compound Ⅱ and Ⅴ for the first time isolated from this genus. MethodsCompounds were isolated by various column chromatographies with silica gel.Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis (IR, MS, 1HNMR , 13CNMR) and chemical evidence. ResultsFive compounds were isolated and elucidated as bergenin (Ⅰ ), 3, 3 ‘, 4’ tri  O  methyl ellagic acid (Ⅱ ), β -Sitosterol (Ⅲ ), Gallic acid (Ⅳ ), 3,3 ‘ di  0  methyl ellagic acid (Ⅴ ). Conclusion Among these compounds, Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅴ were isolated from this plant for the first time, Ⅱ and Ⅴ were obtaind from Cissus L. for the first time.
