Methods: March 1998 ~ December 2005 our department in hospital in patients with recurrent and metastatic colorectal cancer enrolled 36 patients, chemotherapy regimens as follows: oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2, intravenous infusion 2 hours, 1 day; 5 -FU 500 mg/m2, intravenous infusion of 6 hours, 1 to 3 days; CF 300 mg / d, in the two hours before the 5-FU intravenous infusion, 1 to 3 days. Every 3 weeks for one cycle, two cycles after the evaluation of the efficacy and toxicity. Results: 36 patients in complete remission in 2 cases, partial remission in 14 cases, the total effective rate 44.44%. The major toxic reactions were bone marrow suppression, gastrointestinal reactions, neurotoxicity. Conclusion: Oxaliplatin combined with 5-FU and CF combined with chemotherapy for colorectal cancer recurrence and metastasis short-term effect significant, well-tolerated.
