Method using thin-layer chromatography drug Astragalus, Atractylodes, red sage root, Bupleurum, Licorice for qualitative identification; using thin-layer chromatography in drug Astragalus Astragaloside content. TLC conditions: wavelength λs = 530 nm, λR = 650 nm. TLC spots were clear result of the drug concentration, determination astragaloside 1.01 ~ 5.03 μg in the context of a good linear relationship, the average recovery was 96.07%, RSD = 0.89% (n = 5).
