Methods 27 cases of patella fracture, open reduction and internal fixation in 17 cases, patellar resection in 5 cases, 5 cases of simple cast immobilization. The results were followed up for 27 patients 6 months to 1 year, 3 months, full recovery of knee function in 14 cases, partial recovery in 5 cases, 6 months to 1 year 6 cases of complete recovery, incomplete recovery after 1 year in 2 cases. Our hospital in April 2007 -2008 were treated in May 27 cases of patellar fracture, now nursing are summarized below. 1 Clinical data The group of 18 males and 9 females, aged from 15 to 63 years old, average 41.6 years old.
