Were male and 15 female nine people were taken twice after each patient pathology paraffin blocks, a total of 48. Also taken in 2004 between 1 to 3 months due to severe brain injury-row decompression surgery of the brain tissue, made of paraffin specimens as a non-cancer control group, namely 10 cases. 1.2 Clinical data 1.2.1 pathological grading Primary glioma group of 6 cases of grade Ⅰ , Ⅱ grade 7 cases, Ⅲ grade 6 cases, Ⅳ grade 5 cases; recurrent glioma group 2 cases of grade Ⅰ , Ⅱ grade 3 cases, Ⅲ grade 8 cases, Ⅳ grade in 11 cases. Among them, primary tumor, 7 routine postoperative chemotherapy, and 6 routine postoperative radiotherapy. 1.2.2 glioma recurrence time 24 cases of primary glioma recurrence of the shortest for a month, the longest for 34 months.
