 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 11 Pediatric upper respiratory tract infection in the community in general out-patient analysis of the investigation of antibiotics [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the streets of the community health services in all outpatient antibiotic prescriptions pediatric utilization, as for children and administration of antimicrobial agents to provide evidence. Based on my street of the community health service centers (stations 1, 2008 January to October in all outpatient antibiotic prescriptions pediatric clinic of the species, application rate, combined drug use and other data for statistical analysis. Results outpatient rate of 97.37% of antimicrobial agents, antimicrobials rate of 11.35% , for the most frequently used β-lactam antibiotics. Conclusions The streets of the community health services of general out-patient pediatric high frequency of antimicrobial agents, there is no indication of drug phenomenon. recommended the establishment of a sound management system of classification of antimicrobial agents to promote the rational use of antibiotics.
