Methods 40 cases of gynecologic patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery (unilateral 20 cases of ovarian cysts, ectopic pregnancy, 20 cases) were randomly divided into the PHC group ( group, n = 20), atropine group ( group, n = 20). In the same anesthesia, laparoscopic CO2 pneumoperitoneum the same circumstances, in the treatment groups were observed before and 15 min after treatment when the situation in saliva secretion and VAS scores were observed before treatment and after treatment when HR 15,25,35,60 min. Results , group 15 min after administration of salivary secretion was significantly reduced compared with before treatment there were significant differences (P lt;0.05). , group VAS score 15 min after administration is significantly higher than before administration (P lt;0.05), between the two groups no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05). group HR 15,25,35,60 min after administration than before administration of each point and no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05). group of HR to 15,25,35 min after the drug before administration when compared with the very significant (P lt;0.01), after administration of 60 min, HR gradually returned to preoperative levels, compared with the previous administration was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05) between the two groups no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05). after tracheal extubation (minutes), group (18.12 + -4.28) min, group (17.92 + -3.64) min, between the two groups the difference was not statistically significant (Pgt; 0.05). Conclusion Penehyclidine premedication as laparoscopic surgery, while in the inhibition of saliva secretion, does not increase the heart rate faster, more advantages than atropine
