Methods �æ�T cells cultured by conventional methods; 9 days in culture �æ�T cells with different concentrations of piroxicam (respectively 0.01,0.02,0.04,0.08, 0.16 mmol / L) induced, 24 h after the supernatant collected for cytokine interferon- (IFN-), tumor necrosis factor-@ (TNF-@), interleukin 12 (IL-12) test, precipitation cells measured by flow cytometry perforin, granzyme B and LDH detected by NKG2D and �æ�T cell killing activity of gastric cancer cells. Results Piroxicam concentration was 0.04 mmol / L when the �æ�T cells induced by perforin and granzyme B were 78.7 % and 71.8%, significantly higher (respectively 51.4% and 60.9%). Piroxicam significantly inhibited �æ�T cell NKG2D expression and with the drug concentration effect of the more obvious. �æ�T cells were treated with Piroxicam induced 24 h After the supernatant IFN- and IL-12 concentrations compared with the control group did not change; but can inhibit the secretion of TNF-@, and with the increase of drug concentration inhibited more obvious. �æ�T BCG cell killing cancer cells -823 activity in the 0.04 mmol / L when the highest (75%), significantly higher (58%). Conclusion Piroxicam �æ�T induced cell killing activity of BCG-823 significantly increased the expression may be related to higher �æ�T concentrations of perforin and granzyme B related.
