Extraction method using water-bath heating method, using L9 (34) orthogonal experimental design to study solid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time, three kinds of factors on the extraction yield of polysaccharides dried tangerine peel. The results of water extraction of polysaccharides Chenpi optimum parameters are: solid-liquid ratio 1:10, extraction temperature 100 ℃ , extraction time 6 h, the maximum extraction rate of polysaccharides up to 7.61%. Conclusion The optimization process can be used for the extraction of polysaccharides tangerine peel. Methods By L9 (34) orthogonal design, the effects of the solid  liquid ratio, temperature, and extraction time on the extraction efficacy of polysaccharide in tangerine peel were investigated. Results The optimum conditions of the hot water extraction were as follows: solid  liquid ratio of 1:10,100 ℃ and 6 hours of extraction. The extraction efficacy of polysaccharide in tangerine peel by ultrasonic method was 7.61%. Conclusion This extraction method of polysaccharide is feasible.
