[Method] From February 1999 ~ December 2003, 39 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis using RF Ⅱ patients with posterior pedicle screw system, decompression and fusion surgery, in which 12 cases of spondylolisthesis grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ degree of spondylolisthesis 18 cases of , Ⅲ degree of spondylolisthesis 9 cases; 22 cases of degenerative spondylolisthesis, isthmic spondylolisthesis 17 cases. [Results] All patients were followed up for more than 12 months, the average (276 ± 72) months. Comparison of preoperative and postoperative clinical symptoms and X-ray film. According to Asher efficacy of the project: excellent in 22 cases, good in 13 cases, fair in 3 cases and poor in 1 case, good rate of 897%. A total of six cases of complications, including intraoperative complications in 3 cases, the incidence was 77%; postoperative complications in 3 cases, the incidence was 77%. [Conclusion] by posterior pedicle screw system using RF lumbar spondylolisthesis can be a more accurate reduction and fixation, the high rate of spinal fusion, the clinical results were satisfactory.
