Recalling the 2003 and 2004 our hospital 113 cases of CSDH in patients with surgery, combined with the associated. Results recurrence in 5 cases, 1 died, the recurrence rate and mortality were 4.4% and 0.9%. 5 cases of recurrence in patients with average age of 69.6 years. One result of taking anticoagulants recurrence in 1 case, due to a large number of postoperative recurrence of intracranial gas accumulation in 1 case, high-density recurrence in 1 case, such as density, density of the mixed recurrence in 2 cases. Conclusion patient’s age, abnormal blood clotting mechanism, the density of hematoma, postoperative drainage of the accumulated gas and how much influence the prognosis of patients with CSDH.
