Methods 40 Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups, control group and experimental group (four groups), n = 8. Normal saline control group, mice were fed the experimental groups of mice with different doses of Juema extract daily gavage, each 0.05ml / g. Mice were sacrificed after a week off. Lung tissue in 10% of the formalin-fixed, dehydrated, transparent wax dipped, sliced, HE staining. The naked eye and the lung tissue OLYMPUA-BX50 microscope. Results In the control group no significant changes in lung tissue of mice. Experimental groups of different concentrations of Potentilla anserina extracts of mouse lung tissue affected differently, Ⅰ mice lung tissue surface, the naked eye see the different levels of scattered punctate hemorrhage, alveolar cavity under the microscope, see scattered red blood cells; Ⅱ lung tissue of mice the surface of the naked eye no obvious abnormalities under a microscope, alveolar cavity, see scattered light in the red blood cells and red liquid in Iraq, both groups see the expansion of alveolar wall capillary congestion and capillary endothelial cells showed varying degrees of hypertrophy. Group Ⅲ and Ⅳ group of mice showed normal lung tissue surface of the naked eye, under a microscope, see the expansion of alveolar capillary wall showed varying degrees of mild congestion. Conclusions different doses of Juema wall extract on mouse alveolar capillary endothelial cells is different from alveolar wall capillary endothelial cells showed varying degrees of hypertrophy leading to capillary permeability increase in varying degrees that may b
