 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 17 Psychological problems of long-term peritoneal dialysis patients quality of life [Abstract] Objective To investigate the continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) patients with anxiety and depression on quality of life and lead to patient anxiety and depression may be factors. Methods 79 cases of CAPD patients in the use of KDQOL-SFTM1.2 Short Form SF-36 assessment of the patient’s quality of life assessed with Hamilton anxiety and depression scale patient’s psychological state, the use of subjective global nutritional assessment (SGA), grip strength test and other biochemical indicators to assess the nutritional status of patients, record patient sex, age, work status, education level, medical burden, etc., according to CG equation assessment of residual renal function. Results 79 CAPD patients with anxiety 43 (54.4%), depression 12 (15.2%). 79 CAPD patients 8 dimensions of quality of life were significantly lower than the level of China’s general population (P lt;0.05). and non-depressed group, depressed patients in physical function, general health, emotional role, social function was significantly lower (P lt;0.05 ), and non-anxiety group, anxiety group in the physical condition, general health, emotional status, social function was significantly lower (P lt;0.05). the incidence of malnutrition in patients with depression group was significantly higher than non-depressed group (P lt;0.01 ), the incidence of malnutrition in patients with anxiety group was significantly higher than non-anxiety group (P lt;0.05). women’s anxiety and depression than males (P lt;0.05), compared with patients with active, non-working group of patients with SF -36 index decreased, anxiety and depression index index increased significantly (P lt;0.05), patients without health insurance group SF-36 index was significantly lower than a health care group, and Anxiety, depression index was significantly higher than health care group (P lt;0.05).
