Lo bacilli (HP) of the efficacy and safety. Methods 98 patients with peptic ulcer or chronic gastritis and HP-positive adult patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group of 50 patients: Bismuth Pectin 100mg orally 3 times a day, pantoprazole 40mg 2 times a day orally, 3 times a day amoxicillin 500mg oral clarithromycin 500mg 2 times a day orally. Control group, 48 cases: 2 pantoprazole 40mg daily oral dose of amoxicillin 500mg orally 3 times a day, clarithromycin 500mg 2 times a day orally, the withdrawal of 4 weeks HP. HP eradication rate of the treatment group 92% in the control group the eradication rate of 79.2%, the two groups was statistically significant (P lt;0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 16% and 14.6%, the incidence of adverse reactions compared the two groups was not significant (Pgt; 0.05). Conclusion quadruple therapy compared with triple therapy for eradication of HP better.
