Results: Vs, Ds, and EF correlated well, the two groups basic state, Vs, Ds, and EF were no significant differences (Pgt; 0.05), 60 minutes after ischemia compared with baseline status of the value of the lower (P lt;0.05), reperfusion after 180 minutes the values were improved, and Post-C group was significantly higher than that of Con group (P lt;0.05), but did not reach the basic level. Conclusion: QTVI technology can be a more accurate evaluation of acute myocardial ischemia and reperfusion systolic function in dogs with a good 2-DE relevance.
