Methods were analyzed retrospectively 449 patients with routine RFCA information, including atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia, atrioventricular nodal reentry had heart speed, left idiopathic ventricular tachycardia, atrial tachycardia patients. the results of 248 cases of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia, the success rate was 98.8%, atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia in 187 cases, the success rate was 97.8%, left ventricular patients with idiopathic ventricular tachycardia in 11 cases, was successful in all 3 cases of atrial tachycardia, 2 cases were successful, 1 patient improved operation atrioventricular node. Methods 449 cases with tachycardia who were treated with radiofrequency catheter ablation were reviewed. They included atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT), atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT), ventricular tachycardia (VT), atrial tachycardia (AT). Results The success rate of 98.8% was obtained in 248 cases of AVRT. The success rate of 97.8% was obtained in 187 cases of AVNRT. 11 cases of VT all were successfully performed. Two cases of 3 AT were successfully cured. Atrioventricular nodal medication operation was practiced in 1 patient among 3 cases of AT.
