HPCE method of working conditions: use of uncoated fused silica capillary (inner diameter of 75 μ m, effective length 50 cm), separation voltage 25 kV, column temperature 25 ℃ , diode array detector (DAD) detection wavelength was 220 nm, buffer solution 30 mmol / L borax (pH = 9.0) solution.
