Authors from September 1998 to December 2005 to collect aneurysmal bone cyst 71 cases, of which 13 cases of rare parts, the report is as follows. A clinical data 1.1 General Information 13 cases in 8 males and 5 females; age from 14 to 30 years old, an average of 21.4 years. All cases were confirmed by pathological examination, in which simple aneurysmal bone cyst in 11 cases; with giant cell tumor and osteoblastoma in 1 case. No characteristic clinical symptoms, the main manifestations were local pain, usually mild, was intermittent, and gradually increased. If the lesions are near the joints, often obstacles to joint activities. The site had past history of trauma in 3 cases. Course of 2 weeks to 5 years to 1 month to more than two years. 1.2 Results (1) site: 13 cases occurred in all four cases of skull and calcaneus, talus, 2 cases, patella, metatarsal, phalanx 1 patient each. (2) aneurysmal bone cyst with simple X-ray findings: 11 cases of simple bone cyst aneurysmal lesions centers are in the cancellous bone within the intramedullary type. Lesion was central, symmetry growth, the formation of cystic lucent lesions, cortical bone thinning, but complete (Figure 1,2). Mild swelling in 4 cases, no obvious swelling in 7 cases. Lesions seen in a clear thin trabecular-like structure, the edge of a clear lesions. Mild bone sclerosis around the edge of 6 cases, no obvious edge of bone sclerosis in 5 cases. 11 cases were no periosteal proliferation and soft-tissue mass.
