Extracted from 34 patients with colorectal carcinoma and adjacent normal tissue in the total RNA, by oligo-deoxy-thymidine RT, RT-PCR amplification, within the standard glyceraldehyde -3 - phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) MK gene mRNA relative quantitative mRNA gene expression of cancer tissues compared with adjacent normal tissue differential expression in MK. Results 34 cases of carcinoma samples than in adjacent normal tissue, MK gene expression in lower (P lt;0.01); in which the Ducks  staging of C period, women’s groups, lymph node metastasis, tubular adenocarcinoma and invasive serous membrane layer group cancer tissue than in adjacent normal tissues reduced expression (P lt;0.05), the remaining group of colorectal cancer compared to adjacent normal tissue was not statistically significant (Pgt; 0.05). Conclusion The course of advanced colorectal cancer in a lower level of MK gene expression.
