Reduce cardiac preload and aortic expansion of the aortic pressure index of

PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 11 Reduce cardiac preload and aortic expansion of the aortic pressure index of [Abstract] Objective To reduce the cardiac preload central aortic pressure and aortic expansion index. Methods 10 healthy volunteers, lower limb negative pressure (LBNP) before the suction caused by different degrees of load reduction. Using echocardiography changes in cardiac output, the use of central arterial pressure analysis system (SphymoCor) detection of the radial artery pressure waveform, the average conversion to form central artery pressure waveform. Results With the lower limbs to increase the negative pressure, superior vena cava blood flow to reduce sexual In-30mmHg phase, S wave reduction 22.4%, VTIs + d reduced by 15.8%, while SV decreased 24.7%, CO decreased 18.7%, central aortic systolic pressure (CSBP) except slightly decreased in-30mmHg stage, but in the -10 and-20mmHg stage did not change significantly, central aortic diastolic pressure (CDBP) in various stages of negative pressure did not change significantly, aortic pressure wave of negative pressure in various stages of P1 were significantly decreased, in-30mmHg stage, P1 decreased 19.6 % [(28.2 + -5.02) mmHg vs. (22.65 + -3.08) mmHg, P lt;0.01], and total peripheral resistance (TPR) in the negative phase was significantly higher than those in the basic stage, increased at-30mmHg stage 21.3% [(16.0 + -2.9) (mmHg min) / L vs. (20.3 + -3.4) (mmHg min) / L, P lt;0.001]. aortic amplification index (AI) did not change significantly. Conclusions preload to reduce the central aortic pressure and aortic pressure wave P1 decreased, while the TPR increased, due to the increase of TPR offset the reduction in P1, and thus AI remains the same.
