Methods: ASA Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ grade elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 50 patients were randomly divided into two groups of 25 cases. R group, remifentanil and propofol induction and maintenance, S group, fentanyl and propofol induction, isoflurane inhalation to maintain. The induction and maintenance were observed in patients with hemodynamic changes, intraoperative completion of recovery time after stopping breathing on his own, call the eyes open, extubation time, directional force recovery time and leave the recovery room (PACU) time. Results: R group hemodynamic changes in small, autonomous breathing recovery time of completion of surgery, call the eyes open, extubation time, directional ability and leave the recovery room recovery time shorter. Conclusions: The remifentanil total intravenous anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy can make surgery more stable, better wake up.
