The results compared with sham group, each rat hippocampus TNF-@, IL-1β content in different degrees increased, but IL-6 levels were reduced behavioral score of depression decreased (P lt;0.01), HE staining showed neuronal damage; compared with the ischemia group, PSD in hippocampal tissue TNF-@, IL- 1β were significantly increased, while IL-6 levels were significantly reduced behavioral score of depression decreased significantly (P lt;0.01), HE staining showed significant neuronal cell damage; with the PSD group, Rhodiola low, medium and high different dose levels could reduce the hippocampus of TNF-@, IL-1β levels, elevated IL-6 levels and reduce the damaged hippocampal cells, increase of behavioral depression scores (P lt;0.01), which Rhodiola middle and high dose group the lower dose group more obvious (P lt;0.05), but the middle and high dose groups were not significantly different (Pgt; 0.05).
