Subtype A1 and B1 subtypes from respiratory, and thoracic surgery ward surgery, neurosurgery, liver and gallbladder surgery about 9 months already exists; A2 subtype, A3 subtype, B2 subtypes and C-2 in the in June 2005 began to appear in the thoracic surgery and hepatobiliary surgery. Conclusions from November 2004 to September 2005 by two hospital emergence of resistant clone caused by cefoperazone / Schuba Tanbao Man Acinetobacter outbreak, combined with clinical data and geographic analysis of departments, medical staff’s hands contamination may be caused by an outbreak of infection in this important infection sources and routes of infection.
