Right ventricular myocardial collagen type Ⅰ / Ⅲ ratio and Ⅰ / Ⅲ procollagen gene expression intensity ratio was positively correlated, r = 0.47 (P amp;lt;0.05). Conclusion tetralogy of Fallot the right ventricular hypertrophy with interstitial collagen content increased and the existence of type Ⅰ / Ⅲ ratio is characterized by increased collagen remodeling, and mainly with type Ⅰ procollagen gene increases the level of mRNA transcription.
