Methods The mice were randomly divided into normal group, Cy (cyclophosphamide) model group, Yu Jung Dan Pill group, Yu Jung heart pellet Dan, Dan, Yu Rong heart were observed particles on mouse peritoneal macrophage function, 2,4 - dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) induced delayed hypersensitivity, chicken red blood cells ( CRBC) sensitized mice produced hemolysin antibodies. The results of jade particles and Dan Wing Sam Cy model group, increased macrophage phagocytosis (P lt;0.01), DNCB induced delayed type hypersensitivity increased (P lt;0.01) increase in antibody levels in serum hemolysin (P lt;0.01). Conclusion Yu Dan Wing Sam particles can be enhanced to some extent due to immunocompromised mice Cy non-specific immunity and specific immune functions. Methods The mice were randomly divided into the normal group, cyclophosphamide (Cy) model group, Yudan Rongxin Pill group and Yudan Rongxin Keli group. The effects of Yudan Rongxin Keli on the phagocytosis of macrophage in mouse abdomen, delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) induced by dinitrochlorobenzene (NDCB), and generation of hemolysin antibody induced by chicken red blood cell (CRBC) were observed respectively. Result Compare with the Cy model group, the phagocytosis of macrophage in Yudan Rongxin Keli group was promoted (P lt;0.01), DTH induced by DNCB was enhanced (P lt;0.01) and the level of hemolysin antibody was increased (P lt;0.01). Conclusion Yudan Rongxn Keli has the promotive effect on nonspecific and specific immunity in mice with hypoimmunity induced by Cy.
