Results of cesarean section observation group was 28.6%, significantly lower than the control group, 54.4% (2 = 27.90 , P lt;0.01). observation group the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was 1.7%, 1.6% in the control group, no significant difference between the two groups (Pgt; 0.05). observe the groups were the first stage of labor was significantly shorter than the control group ( P lt;0.01), the second and third stage of labor is no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05). observation group effective analgesia effective rate of 97.1%. the two groups were no neonatal asphyxia.
