Results In addition to light fruit Rosa laevigata fruit smooth, without thorns, but the two are basically the same characteristics, microscopic characteristics and TLC similar behavior; Light fruit Jinyingzi polysaccharide fraction (36.42 + -0.05)%, Rosa laevigata, the average mass fraction of polysaccharide was 38.46%. Conclusion light fruit Rosa laevigata The appearance, microscopic characteristics, TLC behavior and polysaccharide content Rosa laevigata similar, may be used as a source of Rosa laevigata.

Leiocarpus and Rosa laevigata Michx. presented resemblance in appearance, microstructure and TLC behavior except that the fruits of Rosa laevigata var.
