Methods RP-HPLC (RP-HPLC) method, at room temperature, C18 column (4.6 mm * 250 mm, 5 μ m); methanol - water - glacial acetic acid (52:46:2) as mobile phase; The detection wavelength was 334 nm. Results Linarin linear range of 0.05 ~ 2.5μ g, r = 0.999 9 (n = 10); average recovery was 99.2%, RSD = 2.4% (n = 6). Conclusion This method can be used as the quality of medicinal wild chrysanthemum evaluation method. MethodsThe chromatographic condition included a C18 column (250 mm * 4.6 mm, 5μ m) and the mobile phase consisting of methanol-water-acetic acid glacial (52:46:2) and the absorbance was monitored at 334nm. ResultsThe calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.05 ~ 2.5 μ g for linarin, r = 0.999 9 (n = 10). The average recovery was 99.2% (n = 6) and the RSD was 2.4%. ConclusionThe method can be used for the quality control of Flos Chrysanthemi Indici.
