Methods 376 cases of gastric cancer data, select the 12 indicators as a risk factor for liver metastasis of gastric cancer, the use of Logistic regression, univariate and multivariate analysis . Results Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that the histological type of gastric cancer, lymph node metastasis and clinical staging of liver related. Univariate analysis also revealed the depth of invasion-related factors are associated, independent of other factors and liver metastasis. Conclusion gastric cancer liver metastasis and tumor histological type, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and clinicopathological staging. Methods Clinical data of 376 gastric carcinoma patients were collected. Taking 12 data as the risk factors in hepatic metastasis, the correlation analysis including singular and multiple factors was conducted with logistic regression method. Results As revealed by singular and multiple factor analysis, hepatic metastasis was related to histological grade, lymph node metastasis and clinicopathologic stage. Infiltration depth was also a risk factor in hepatic metastasis according to singular factor analysis. Other factors had nothing to do with hepatic metastasis. Conclusion Histological grade, infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and clinicopathologic stage of gastric carcinoma are risk factors related to hepatic metastasis.
