Symptom self-rating scale composed of 90 questions, including somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoia, psychotic nine factors for each take 5 scale (1 no, 2 very light, 3 moderate, 4 neutral, 5 severe). The results using the PLA Fourth Military Medical University, developed DXC  Ⅳ type of psychometric instrument unified assessment, calculated for each factor score and the number of positive items.
