In this paper, the method of retrospective cases of preterm birth in our hospital to investigate risk factors for preterm birth and the impact of premature children, to strengthen the clinical identification, monitoring and timely interventions. Subjects and methods 1. Target: June 2008 ~ December 2009 pregnant women giving birth in hospital 5472 cases, of which 290 cases were preterm labor, premature deliveries over the same period accounted for 5.3% of the total number of (290 / 5 472). Preterm definition: more than 28 weeks gestation, less than 37 weeks (gestation 259 d) were premature deliveries.
