Methods 59 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group, 31 cases of intestinal-An Tang proposed a self-treatment; control group, 28 cases with Pinaverium bromide treatment. Results In the treatment group total effective rate was 90.32% in the control group the total effective rate was 71.43%, the total effective two groups, the difference was significant (P lt;0.05). Conclusion Intestinal An Tang treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome, results were satisfactory.
