大会论文集 98 统一预约挂号 实现医患双赢 尹志坚 黄慧勇 陈刚 （广东省佛山市第一人民医院，广东佛山，528000） 摘 要：为了解决门诊看病难，缓解“三长一短”现象，佛山市第一人民院在 09 年 7 月 1 日开 发完成并上线实施实名制分时段的统一预约挂号系统，比国家卫生部 09 年 8 月 5 日发文通知要 求全国三甲医院 10 月 1 日开展预约挂号服务整整提早了 3 个月。统一预约挂号系统的设计和卫 生部文件的要求不谋而合，例如推行实名制和提供包括互联网，电话和现场等多种预约途径。系 统运行已有半年多的时间，取得了良好的应用效果，预约人数呈现逐月增长的态势，预约挂号的 分流引导作用也越发彰显，开创出医患受惠的双赢局面。 关键词：预约挂号 统一整合 系统应用 The Implementation of Unified Hospital Registration Booking System for Hospitals and Patients to Achieve a win-win Situation Zhi-jian YIN1,Hui-yong1 HUANG,Gang CHEN1 (1.
