The progress of co llection o f outdoor s load spectrum, the ana lysis and iterative progress of indoor s, sim ulation signa l are introduced in deta i.l W hen a m ortorcycle is driving on gravel road and concrete road w ith constant speed, its load spectrum is sam pled by se lecting proper observation position and d isposing sensor reasonably. Then using the front and rear ax le acce leration as desired response signals, the indoor simu lation iterations is conducted, and the road load spectrum is accurately obta ined.
