东北三省人力资本与经济增长之间关系初探—以吉林省为例 摘要:在知识经济飞速发展的今天，人力资源作为一种能动性资源，成为区域经济发展中的关键要素，人力资源的状况直接影响到区域社会的全面发展。在振兴东北老工业基地的政策环境下，研究东北地区的人力资源状况显得尤为重要。本文以吉林省的人力资源状况为研究对象，初步构建了区域人力资源状况的评价指标体系，从地区的GDP、产业结构、年龄结构和教育结构四个方面分析了吉林省人力资源的现状，并总结了导致东北三省人力资源现状的成因。在此基础上，提出了改善东北地区人力资源状况的建议，以期更加有针对性地开发和利用人力资源，推动东北地区经济的快速发展。 关键词: 经济增长 人力资本 东北三省  On the relationship between human capital and economic growth in Northeast China--Taking Jilin Province as an example Abstract: Today, with the rapid development of knowledge economy,human resources, as an active resource, has become the key factor in the development of regional economy.The situation of human resources has a direct impact on the integrated development of regional society.It is very important to study the situation of human resources in Northeast China under the policy environment of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China.This paper takes the human resource situation of Jilin Province as the research object, the preliminary construction of the status of human resources of the regional evaluation index system, the current situation of human resources in Northeast China were analyzed from the four aspects of the quantity and quality of human resources, structure and allocation efficiency, and summarizes the causes of the current situation of human resources in Northeast of China.On this basis, the paper makes some suggestions to improve the human resources in Northeast China, in order to develop and utilize human resources more effectively, and promote the rapid development of economy in Northeast china.
