The chromatographic separation was carried out on a reverse phase C18 column using methanol: water (containing 1% acetic acid) = 4:6 as the mobile phase at a column temperature of 35 ℃. The flow rate was 1 mL / min. UV detection at 210 nm was used for separation GA3 from 2.5 min to 3.8 min, while detection at 254 nm was used for the remaining separations. Average recoveries were 92.8%, 91.6% and 94.7% for GA3, IAA and ABA. It shows a reliable method for rapid, accurate separation and determination endogenous hormone in Yali pear seeds.
