溪安八中推广普通话工作制度 溪安八中推广普通话工作制度 推广普通话是提高师生素质的一项重要工作，为了行之有效地开展我校普通话推广工作，实现国家提出的新世纪“普通话初步普及”的目标，现根据《中华人民共和国国家通用语言文字法》、《中华人民共和国教育法》的有关条文和市、县语委的规定，特制定推广普通话（专项）工作制度： 一、全校师生必须认真学习、自觉遵守《国家通用语言文字法》； 二、校园内必须讲普通话，使普通话确实成为学校的教学语言、工作语言，日常语言。 三、教师自觉地把普通话作为自己的职业语言，并不断提高普通话水平；教师上岗必须提交普通话水平测试证；对普通话水平测试未达标的教师员工，学校组织安排参加市语委组织的普通话培训、测试，限期达标上岗。 四、录用新教师时学校必须审核普通话测试水平，语文教师普通话必须达到二级甲等，其他学科教师必须达到二级乙等，如未达标，不予录用； 五、校领导每年至少召开2次推广普通话工作会议，听取工作汇报，研究普通话推广工作，学校工作计划和总结中有推广普通话工作的内容； 六、学生必须按照学校制定的《中学生日常行为规范》，在教育教学、宣传、会议及其他集体活动中使用普通话，如违反规定，降低评优的等次； 七、全体教师要积极参加校语言文字工作组组织的演讲、朗诵等各种普通话竞赛、讲座活动，各班必须组织学生每年9月开展“推普宣传周”活动； 八、学校广播站播音员要及时报道学校推普工作动态、先进事例； 九、教学楼、图书室、食堂等公共场所必须张贴“请说普通话，请用规范字”的标语，营造良好的语言环境。 Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
