And it also demonstrates his practical medicine concepts：identification of etiology according to differenciation of symptoms and signs； determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signstaking apptopriate approaches to treatment according to the season，region，individual principle；combination of iseases differentiation and syndromes differentiation. Key words：Gongyinghulu Decoction；Hydrosalpinx；Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome；Hydrocele；Complications of testicular puncture；Uroschesis；Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia 公英葫芦茶源出于广州中医学院黄耀燊教授治疗尿潴留之验案[1]，由蒲公英、葫芦茶、冬葵子、车前子、瞿麦、石韦、藿香、王不留行、三棱、莪术、木通、川牛膝、滑石粉组成。后经南京中医药大学徐福松教授发扬光大，将其加减用于治疗前列腺病，疗效甚佳[2,3]。我们将公英葫芦茶灵活运用于治疗男、女泌尿生殖系统多种疾病，疗效显著。现举例介绍如下。 患者黄某，女，31岁，江阴人，2007-11-03初诊。患者结婚5年未避孕而未孕，1次体外受精-胚胎移植（in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer ，IVF-ET）、2次冻胚移植（Frozen embryo transfer，FET）未成功。患者3年前因子宫输卵管碘油造影（Hysterosalpingogram，HSG）示双侧输卵管伞端粘连、梗阻、远端积水而行腹腔镜下输卵管伞端分解剥离加
