　　消化性溃疡病人血清中IL 作者：陈霞，吕昌龙，李成，王大南 【摘要】 目的 观察消化性溃疡病（peptic ulcer）患者外周血中IL-17和IL-25水平的变化,探讨IL-17和IL-25在消化性溃疡病中的作用。方法 采用ELISA法测定20例消化性溃疡患者及34例健康体检者血清IL-17和IL-25的含量。结果 消化性溃疡病患者和健康体检者血清IL-17的水平分别为（197.79±25.77）pg/ml和（174.85±27.38）pg/ml，差异无显著性（Pgt;0.05）。血清IL-25的水平分别为（1051.58±185.96）pg/ml和（837.73±107.66）pg/ml，差异有显著性（Plt;0.01）。消化性溃疡病患者中包括十二指肠球溃疡12例和复合溃疡8例，血清中IL-17的水平分别为（222.19±32.98）pg/ml和（161.17±27.00）pg/ml，十二指肠球溃疡病人血清中IL-17的水平明显高于健康体检组（Plt;0.01），复合溃疡组的IL-17水平与健康体检组比较差异无显著性（Pgt;0.05）。血清IL-25的水平分别为（1011.65±122.63）pg/ml和（1111.49±151.79）pg/ml, 与健康体检者比较差异均有显著性（Plt;0.05）。结论 消化性溃疡病人外周血中IL-17和IL-25均可发生有意义的变化，提示该两种细胞因子参与消化性溃疡病的炎症过程；IL-25的水平升高较IL-17更为明显，提示 IL-25水平的变化可能与消化性溃疡病发生 发展 关系更为密切。 【关键词】 IL-17;IL-25;消化性溃疡 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of interleukin 17（IL-17） and IL-25 levels in serum from patients from 20 patients e-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）.Results The level of IL-17 l in the patients and（174.85±27.38）pg/ml in the control repectively, no significant difference betreen the tl l（Plt;0.01）. The level of IL-17 in 12 patients l is significantly higher than that in the control（Plt;0.01）, but no difference betl and the control（Pgt;0.05）. The levels of IL-25 in both groups l and plex（1111.49±151.79）pg/ml ulcer are significantly different from that of the control group（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion The level of cytokines IL-17 and IL-25 in sera from the patients matory development of peptic ulcer.Particuly, IL-25 might be more important. 【Key in离心，取血清并于-70℃贮存使用。 1.3 血清IL-17和IL-25的测定 血清IL-17和IL-25的测定采用ELISA方法检测，试剂盒分别购于美国PeproTech公司和BPB公司。检测过程按照试剂盒说明书操作。通过标准曲线 计算 样品的IL-17和IL-25的含量。 1.4 统计学方法 数据以均数±标准差表示，采用t检验，均用Shortcut to SoftMax Pro 4.3.1 LS统计软件在计算机上完成。 　　2 结果 2.1 血清IL-17和IL-25的检测结果 消化性溃疡病人血清IL-17水平为（197.79±25.77）pg/ml，健康体检者血清IL-17水平为（174.85±27.38）pg/ml，二者间差异无显著性（Pgt;0.05）。消化性溃疡病人血清IL-25水平为（1051.58±135.96）pg/ml，健康体检者血清IL-25水平为（837.73±107.66）pg/ml，二者差异有显著性（Plt;0.01）。见表1。表1 消化性溃疡与健康体检者组细胞因子检测结果比较 2.2 十二指肠球溃疡和复合溃疡病血清IL-17和IL-
