From the perspective of civillaw, in regulating the doctor-patient relationship , in principle , the complexity, uncertainty and the nature of public ser- vice of medical science should be taken into consideration, and we should correcÙY handle the relationship be- tween laws and medicine , the relationship between intervention and respect , and the relationship between the pro- tection of patients rights and interests and the promotion of the development of medicine.
