Theanalysesweredonebyusingquestionnairedatacollectedin twocountries:SloveniaandRomania.Findingsindicatedverymi- nordifferencesincorporateentrepreneurshipandallianceitem meansbetweenthetwocountries.Innovationinproductsand servicescanbeconsideredcrucialforperformanceof?rmsand economicgrowth.Strategicalliancerelationshipscanbeimpor- tantforcorporateentrepreneurshipdevelopment. The focus of this study is corporate en- trepreneurship (i.e. entrepreneurship at the level of an existing ?rm). Corporate entrepreneurship activities and orientations can be considered important predictors of organizational performance.
