Abstract
ActivationofoncogenesisgenerallyassociatedwiththeinductionofDNAdamageresponse(DDR)signaling,
whichactsasabarriertotumorprogression.InthisreviewwewillpresentanoverviewoftheDDRassociated
withoncogenicactivationofMyc,withspecialfocusontwooppositeandparadoxicalaspectsofthisresponse:(1)
