凯西莱联合苦参素治疗酒精性肝病临床疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨凯西莱联用苦参素治疗酒精性肝病(ALD)的临床效果。方法 将90例ALD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例,对照组采用凯西莱治疗，治疗组采用凯西莱联合苦参素治疗，对患者治疗前后进行临床评估和检测肝功能、AFP、肝纤维化等指标变化情况。结果 治疗组治疗8周后，临床症状和体征除肝肿大及黄疸症状改善与对照组比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05)外，其余症状与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P＜0.01)。两组治疗后肝功能、肝纤维化指标及AFP均有明显改善,但治疗组HA、PCⅢ、LN指标改善程度均优于对照组(P＜0.01)。无明显毒副作用。结论 凯西莱能有效改善ALD患者的临床症状、体征及肝功能、AFP、肝纤维化四项指标，联合应用苦参素注射液疗效更佳, 两药合用能加强疗效，抗肝纤维化效果更为明显,且毒副作用少,具有临床应用价值。 　　?ぁ竟丶?词】 酒精性肝病；凯西莱；苦参素；血清学试验?? 　　文章编号：1003-1383(2008)05-0520-03中图分类号：R 575文献标识码：A?? 　　 　　Clinical observation on tioproni combined with kushenin??in treatment of alcoholic liver disease?? 　　YIN Yixia，HUANG Zansong，ZHOU Xihan?? 　　 　　（Digestive Department，Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical College??for Nationalities，Baise，Guangxi 533000，P.R.China）?お? 　　【Abstract】 Objective Study the clinical effect of tioproni combined with kushenin in treatment of alcoholic liver diseases(ALD). 　　Methods 90 patients with ALD were randomly divided into treatment group(45 cases) and a control group(45 cases).The treatment group was treated with tioproni and kushenin while the control group was given tioproni only. The clinical evaluation and the measurements of hepatic function，AFP，and liver fibrosis parameters had been recorded.Results 8 weeks after treatment,all the clinic symptoms and signs except hepatomegaly and jaundice of treatment group had statistical difference compared to the control group(P＜0.01). The liver function， liver fibrosis indexes and AFP of two groups improved obviously，but the improvement of HA、PCⅢ、LN in the treatment group was higher than that in control group (P＜0.01).No significant side effect was found.
